Primary Purpose:
Performs a range of functions to support the company's Ethics & Compliance Helpline. Helps administer the company's Ethics & Compliance Helpline. Facilitates oversight of internal investigation processes. Analyzes Helpline data for presentations to key stakeholders; and assists with investigator training.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts case management reviews and analyzes Helpline intake reports. Analyzes and determines case type in accordance with internal procedures. Identifies internal party for case assignment. Notifies case managers of assignments. Tracks progress of investigations and report to stakeholders on the same. Updates investigation information in case management system.
  • Conducts first-level review of investigation reports to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Provides guidance to investigators and case managers on best practices to conduct and document investigations.
  • Assists Ethics & Investigations team with planning and execution of training sessions.
  • Analyzes Helpline data and prepares materials on statistics, trends, and patterns for presentations to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, enterprise-wide committees, internal counsel, executives, and case managers.
  • Administers web-based case management system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, related field or equivalent training and/or experience, required.
Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, Human Resources, employment law, or related field, preferred.
  • Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
  • We offer a hybrid work environment. Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow you to work from the office three days per week and work remotely on the remaining workdays.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, reading and comprehending Spanish, required.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control workload, required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills including developing and maintaining collaborative business relationships, providing constructive feedback, interviewing, counseling, and report writing, required.
  • Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, required.
  • Ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of investigation issues, required.
  • Proven capacity to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold ethics and compliance initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality, required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suites and database management, required.
