Role

You will be at the forefront of critical, high-stakes deployments, working alongside our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our software is seamlessly integrated into complex, mission-critical environments. From pre-sales solution design to post-sales implementation, you’ll guide our clients through the entire journey, delivering strategic value and driving lasting impact with leading global institutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements during sales cycles to design tailored deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Engage in a consultative capacity with customers to identify their biggest problems and the critical questions they must answer.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding them through complex problem-solving and translating their needs into actionable solutions.
Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers during the implementation of Ethyca’s products for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment with measurable impact.
Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and having concrete impact on their data operations.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, helping expand Ethyca's footprint within key accounts.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technology consulting or similar client-facing roles, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level solution design.
Expertise in guiding complex technical deployments, ideally within data-driven, software-based environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and designing innovative solutions.
A thorough knowledge of data governance and privacy rules and regulations in the US and abroad.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.
A deep understanding of both technical and business challenges, with the ability to articulate how Ethyca's software can address them.
