Job Description

We are looking for scientists across different levels of experience to support the analytical testing activities of platform methods across a number of mAb projects. Training will be provided and those with existing experience in large molecule experience are encouraged to apply. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Perform analytical testing of samples to support development of large molecule therapeutics.  

  • Provide testing and logistics support to therapeutic programs, e.g. Robustness, Method Development, and other studies. 

  • Provide laboratory support and fractionation to support extended characterization. 

  • Manage and coordinate the sampling, testing, and first level data review. 

  • At least one year experience in the relevant techniques, preferably in a commercial laboratory. Data review experience highly preferred. 

  • The tests performed will cover CEX, cIEF, CE, HPLC, and other techniques as required by the scope of the therapeutic programs.  

  • Data entry and review. 

  • Experience in ELN records entry and work flow. Good organizational skills highly preferred. 

  • Support laboratory equipment maintenance and management. 

  • Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline with at least one year laboratory experience. Experience in labs with high volume sample count preferred. 

Excellent organization skills, with ability to delivery of results within expected turnaround time, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

Excellent written and verbal communication 

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship 

Additional Information

  • Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Oceanside, CA are encouraged to apply. 

  • Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000
