Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for the successful definition and development of our product, servicing many of the largest events in the world. You will work with other Product Managers and a talented team of designers and developers to shape and influence our roadmap and market positioning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be impactful within a growing and dynamic Product Team. This is a full-time remote position that is based in Canada.

What You'll Do
  • Be a key member of the Eventbase Product team.
  • Be the voice of the customer by understanding and representing their needs and opportunities to the organization.
  • Analyze competitors’ products, market changes, and explore new ways to improve Eventbase products and services.
  • Understand and communicate market trends and changes related to the event industry.
  • Write product requirement documents to capture the functionality and capabilities for new feature development.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering team in the ongoing development of Eventbase Product capabilities including writing user stories, act as a product owner, reviewing proposed business and technical solutions, and being the go to person for product questions.
  • Perform customer interviews to provide both quantitative and qualitative data for insights.
  • Provide input into the Eventbase product roadmap.
  • Juggle priorities and deadlines in an energizing environment, and do so with integrity, grace and good humor.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, develop content, and deliver presentations for company and client engagements.
  • Lead a product squad and run all agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master


What You Bring
  • Must have at least 3 years of product management experience building a highly configurable product
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • You have a passion for building great technology
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re confident in your knowledge levels, but also comfortable in saying you need to explore to learn more
  • Have a track record of building customer confidence
  • Highly motivated and driven to provide your best work possible
  • Experience working in a fast paced Agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a clear vision, evangelize for your target market, and build excitement and pride for your solutions throughout the organization
  • Deep experience working closely with development teams that span full-stack and mobile development
  • Past experience in event technology
  • A great team player


$80,000 - $125,000 a year
Salary Range Description
The salary range listed encompasses the pay range for both a Product Manager, and a Senior Product Manager. For a Product Manager our pay range is $80,000-$95,000, and for a Senior Product Manager our pay range is $90,000-$125,000. Where we will offer on these pay ranges will be commensurate with your job-related knowledge and education, skills, and experience. Our salary ranges are based on market data factoring location, company size, and industry, ensuring competitive compensation.
