Events (Remote) - Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Events team for the Summer 2023 semester -- must be available up to 30 hours per week with June 5th, 2023 start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching site locations, vendors, services for events
• Assist with sourcing gifting items
• Assist with event related administrative tasks
• Guestlist and event document maintenance (for local, special, and field events)
• Assist with any event production needs the day of an event
• Occasionally running errands.

Qualifications

• Intuitive, proactive, and imaginative
• Someone who understands the A24 brand, and how elevated events should look and feel
• A can-do spirit
• Lateral thinker
• Has had at least one internship that allowed for some event experience (does not need to be events internship)
• Someone with a genuine interest in PR and/or events

-NY candidates preferred or in close proximity to the city for possible hands-on help for some events

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
