We are currently seeking a talented: Workplace experience expert

Your responsibilities:

Support the opening of new offices globally, including site selection, setup, and compliance with company standards.
Plan and oversee office renovations and relocations to enhance workspace functionality.
Manage housekeeping staff and contractors to ensure high-quality facility standards.
Lead the transition to new document registration systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Negotiate contracts with partners, including catering, coffee, and fruit service providers.
Develop, update, and enforce business travel policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all offices.
Foster collaboration, provide guidance for daily work challenges, and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements:

Proven experience in workplace management, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and cost control abilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 2800 EUR - 3300 EUR brutto

Depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements are able to consider different salary ranges
