Associate Software Engineer - Java

We are seeking a full stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of professional experience in the Java development, with a strong concept in OOPS, multithreading, collection framework and web services. You will play a key role in requirement, development, and maintenance of product.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior developers and Engineering managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing software applications..
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and functionality.
Develop and maintain microservices and cloud services .
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
Experience with Spring framework.
Good to have experience in micro services and cloud native application
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java 12+ and related technologies.
Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native design patterns.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) GCP is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
