About the Role
A growing wedding planning company is seeking a skilled freelance designer to join their team on a 1099 basis. They specialize in crafting unforgettable celebrations, and your creativity will help set the tone for our clients’ most cherished moments.

Position Overview: As our in-house graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating custom digital designs for:

  • Save-the-Dates
  • Invitations
  • Event signage
  • Place cards
  • Other wedding-related stationery

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital files for printing with preferred print partner.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure designs align with each couple’s vision and wedding theme.
  • Occasionally assist with outsourced designs for specialty printing (e.g., letterpress or foil stamping).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in wedding or event stationery design.
