Job Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the President of Investment Management, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing a complex calendar, coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and managing communications to support maximum productivity. You will work closely with the executive team, associates, investors, partners, and outside organizations to ensure efficient and timely flow of work and assist in facilitating swift action and responses.
Roles You Will Play:
The Right-Hand Person

Serves as an administrative liaison to the President of Investment Management and manages the prioritization of goals, objectives, and commitments.

Manage the leader’s robust calendar of appointments and commitments, including scheduling, communication, sending reminders, and creating detailed itineraries.

Arrange business-related travel plans and logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals when necessary.

Provide administrative support and other required assistance to senior leaders within the department, as needed, to ensure departmental goals and objectives are accomplished.

Maintain professionalism and high-level of confidentiality.
The Task Master

Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks and competing priorities.

Assist in day-to-day projects and assignments to support departmental goals and visions.

Organize team communications, plan events, and participate in special projects as needed.

Contribute to the collective effort by accomplishing tasks and assignments as required by the leadership team.
The Communicator

Use your written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to draft and prepare various communications.

Compose and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to streamline correspondence.

Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials for internal and external delivery.

- Strong 5+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior or executive leadership
