Position:

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support the EMEA Leadership team. The EA will work provide direct administrative and diary management support to several senior stakeholders across London & Dublin.

It is a fast-paced role, in a fun and challenging environment that involves interacting with senior individuals across our global offices.

The successful individual will enable our Leadership team to perform at their best. For many people at a senior level, their first interaction with Genesis will be with this role so professionalism and exceptional communication skills are essential. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

HOW YOU’LL PLAY YOUR PART

  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management. Organise and schedule meetings across multiple time zones both internally and with external stakeholders and clients, as required
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for the EMEA Leadership team
  • Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department when necessary
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including Technology, HR and Operations
  • Regular liaison and interaction with staff members from other offices globally
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports and perform any ad hoc tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time


Requirements:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support to C-Level
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic – highly motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic, calm and confident individual
  • Professionalism and discretion are essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office – advanced Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt and perform well within a fast-paced environment
