Our opportunity:
We are looking for an Executive Operations Manager to support our CEO. You will prioritize actions and fulfill executive decisions by proactive collaboration as it relates to our CEO and the leadership team needs. You will have a deep understanding of the company structure and partner with key business stakeholders to better align company goals.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred. Other U.S metro locations will be considered if flexible to work Pacific Time hours as needed.
You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Building efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
-
Anticipating the executives’ needs and proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues
-
Having close alignment and partnership with chiefs of staff and program managers
-
Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, travel schedule and agenda prep
-
Managing and collaborate on projects and priorities for the executive
-
Attending meetings, communicate agendas, take notes and hold accountability with action items
-
Assisting in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
-
Managing external contacts; proactively understanding who they are, who the primary contacts are, and keeping track of periodic communication needed for primary contacts
-
Ensuring that the priorities for the executive are cascaded to key cross-functional partners
-
Demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information accordingly
-
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
-
Completing critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining
-
priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; making adjustments to plans

Capable of addressing tough issues by identifying the problem, building consensus and working toward a resolution

You will be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
-
10+ years supporting executives, with at least 4+ years supporting C-Suite level and Board of Directors, within the SaaS/Tech industry preferred

Excellent verbal and superior writing and report presentation skills are essential
-
Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident
-
Excellent organization skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Quip, Sharepoint

The salary range or on target earnings (base salary + on target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $126,000 - $157,000 a year and outside of those locations is $122,000 - $153,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
