Bumble Inc is looking for an Exec Producer to sit within the growing in-house Creative Team. The individual in this role should be highly motivated, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while helping Bumble and Badoo’s creatives maintain a manageable workload.
The Exec Producer will work closely with the Head of Creative Operations & Production to manage the Creative production projects Globally across Bumble, Badoo and Frutiz.
This is a fixed-term contract (9months to 1 year) reporting into the Head of Creative Operations & Production based in London.
Develop and support project work plans, schedules, budgets and RACIs to ensure the creative team and other key team members are fully briefed and have a strong sense of ownership to the work.
Determine all facets of the project to inform the creation of clear and detailed project briefs for the Creative team—answering all internal and external questions pertinent to the project.
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes on tight timelines, and with multiple workstreams.
Manage and allocate production budget and drafting schedules to reflect scope of work
Negotiating cost, scope, timeline with all relevant partners —conveying strong recommendations and rationale
Vetting and selecting production partners who would be best suited to the work and specific project needs.
A creative thinker both in process and how to help achieve the creative team’s vision and bring that vision to life, through production solutions.
Comfortable agency producing and line producing, depending on the project needs
Tracking new vendor paperwork, invoices, POs, and payment dates.
Experience and knowledge of current industry standards in advertising in relation to fees and usage
Experience / Qualifications
7+ years experience in a creative production role
Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures of brand, design, marketing, and advertising fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritise tasks while appropriately managing expectations of stakeholders and the team
Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.
Have a network of contacts in production
Base Compensation Range: $91,600.00 - $180,00.00. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
