About the role 


At Bumble, we are journeying to build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. We seek to expand our TA team by introducing an Executive Search function that will report directly to the Global Head of Talent. As the first Executive Recruiter in the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to support the hiring of Vice President level and above to an exceptionally high standard. 


What you’ll do


  • Design and implement a comprehensive executive search strategy to attract top-tier executive talent
  • Establish best practices and processes for executive recruitment within Bumble
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their executive hiring needs and organisational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing guidance and expertise on executive recruitment
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-calibre executive candidates, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts
  • Maintain a strong network of industry leaders and potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates through in-depth interviews
  • Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to senior leadership, providing detailed candidate profiles and assessments
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in negotiating offers with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful closure
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new executive hires
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform executive search strategies


About you


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search in-house, preferably within a high-growth technology or digital company
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and assessment abilities
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience closing complex executive-level packages
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong network within the tech industry
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and service


$103,000 - $115,000 a year


Base Compensation Range: $103,000 - $115,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
