Position Overview

Ever wonder "How are we gonna pull this off"? The Integrated Production team at MullenLowe answers that question every day, producing breakthrough content for our clients that engages consumers and delivers results. Whether the content reaches customers via video, radio, OOH, print, display, or social, we make the impossible, possible.

As an Integrated Executive Producer, you oversee production across media channels (video, radio, OOH, print, display, or social) for multiple accounts at any given time. Utilizing your knowledge of the Production process, you manage the largest, most complex projects in the agency from inception (pre-production) to completion (including post-production). Whether it be managing a team of Producers, overseeing live action or photography shoots, or managing multiple 3rd party vendor relationships, one thing is certain - tomorrow is never the same as yesterday!

Responsibilities

  • Architects the development and production of cross-channel (digital, social, print, still/photo, video, radio, etc.), large integrated marketing and advertising projects by breaking down complex projects and delegating work to Producers and project stakeholders.
  • Uses knowledge of Production strategy to resolve issues related to project planning, changes in direction, and budget tracking. Anticipates issues related to timelines and budgets, finding opportunities for savings and adjusting timing to meet client requests.
  • Oversees workflow, and occasionally routes work, through agency to gain feedback and approvals of senior leadership, acting as liaison between Creative, Technology, Business Affairs, Account Management, and other internal groups.
  • Authors scopes of work (SOW's) for projects in collaboration with Finance and Account team, including budget estimates, resourcing needs, and project timelines.
  • Supervises team of Producers, providing feedback, administering performance reviews, career pathing, and providing development opportunities.
  • Oversees the bidding process for third-party contracts, ensuring projects are bid in compliance with IPG and MullenLowe policy.
  • Intakes escalations from junior team members when issues arise in production/development process, including third-party vendors, ensuring complex projects remain on track and on time.
  • Oversees creation of project timelines, monitoring deliverables for assigned projects; Ensures all schedules are adhered to and deliverables are met, removing obstacles in the way of junior staff.
  • Implements innovative and pioneering creative and production methods, teaching staff new solutions to technical challenges and delivering them on time & on budget.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 8-10+ years' experience in an advertising agency required.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Google G-Suite required.
  • Communication: strong written and verbal communication required
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
  • Other duties as assigned*

The salary range for this position is $145K-$190K. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience and qualifications.
