Job Description

The CRM Analyst will work with the Global CRM team to identify opportunities for applying CRM, and related tools to support the global user community in accomplishing their goals. Areas of focus will span multiple Business Units and functionality, mostly within Salesforce.com, but will also involve integrated tools for Marketing Automation, CPQ, E-sign, different Sales Enablement tools, CTI, automated testing tools. Job responsibilities include setting up new users, providing support regarding existing and potential functionality, requirements gathering, delivering change requests and support users with UAT, identifying system issues.

What you'll be doing?

  • Provide daily end-user support through cases raised on Salesforce.com;
  • Define user profiles, update permissions, share rules, public groups, dashboard folders, email template folders;
  • Setup new users in Salesforce.com;
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver changes and solve system issues;
  • Complete basic changes in Salesforce.com following the change process;
  • Create custom reports and dashboards;
  • Participate and sometime lead user acceptance testing for major projects;
  • Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business and other team members;
  • Manage the understanding of project, client and business criteria;
  • Define requirements and recommend solutions to internal clients;
  • Negotiate prioritisation requirements with business leadership teams;
  • Identify measures to improve delivery and customer satisfaction;
  • Escalate all business systems projects that are, or at risk of being, outside agreed parameters;
  • Develop company information workflow programs by working with other functional units to meet business criteria.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

  • 2 years' experience with Salesforce.com configuration and delivering on custom development work;.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and general CRM concepts;
  • Experience with related tools such as Configure Price Quote (CPQ), e-signature, and CTI (if applicable);
  • An advantage would be Salesforce Admin certification (ADM201);
  • Written and verbal fluency in English is necessary.
