Title: Field Technical Spt Cons IVLocation: Plano TX 75024 (Onsite)Duration: 12 Month’s ContractPay Range $25.00 to $28.00/hr.We are looking for a “Field Technical Spt Cons IV” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with advanced subject matter expertise to solve complex business and technical issues. This role is critical in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that align with industry trends and client needs. The ideal candidate will frequently contribute to the development of new ideas, provide direction to project teams, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Apply deep technical expertise and broad knowledge of industry trends to manage critical and high-risk technology areas or customer groups.• Analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple factors, and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.• Act as a subject matter expert, providing direction and guidance for process improvements and policy establishment.• Frequently represent the organization in interactions with external customers and clients.• Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies to determine the best methods for achieving objectives.• Mentor and guide less-experienced team members on complex issues and incidents.• Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to create comprehensive solutions for customers.• Consult with team members, other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex technical and business issues.• Proactively maintain high-level technical and operational expertise to deliver strategic account support.• Develop and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts, particularly those that are complex and strategic.• Design and deliver support solutions using industry-specific knowledge and expertise.• Lead customer expectation management and provide inputs for operational efficiencies.• Create and deliver Value-Based Delivery (VBD) account plans for assigned accounts.• Contribute to the development of operational methods and programs that impact business management strategies.Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate degree in a technical field with 6-8 years of relevant experience.• Extensive knowledge of HP and industry-standard networked computing environments, operating systems, and applications.• Experience in managing complex technical projects and mentoring less-experienced team members.Knowledge and Skills:• In-depth understanding of corporate organization, policies, and industry trends.• Thorough knowledge of relevant HP services, competitive landscape, and market trends.• Mastery-level business, technical, and functional knowledge, with expertise in future technology directions.• Strong skills in project management, communication, analysis, and presentation.• Anticipate customer needs, develop proposed solutions, and build consensus.• Experience with change management processes and tools in complex environments.• Advanced skills in ITIL and Mission Critical certifications are preferred.Interview process:02 rounds of interviewWe are looking for the candidate who are eligible to collaborate with any employers without sponsorship.If you are interested, please click “Apply” button.If you are not available or this job is not a good fit at present, please share the job details with your friends/colleagues and let me know if anyone is interested.
