Tele Marketer(Exhibitions)

Experts Plus is seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Marketer specialized in exhibitions to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's outreach and marketing efforts. You will engage with potential clients to promote our exhibition services, build relationships, and ultimately contribute to our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a keen understanding of the exhibitions industry.

Major responsibilities and accountabilities:

1)    Tele-Sales and Tele-Marketing

  • Being the point of contact for visitors regarding Show Information
  • Calling visitors/exhibitors to verify current contact information or add missing information into the CRM system
  • General database Cleansing activities

2)    Use of Information and Tools in Day to Day Activities

  • Researching information using various tools
  • Compile, categorize or log phone conversation outcomes or schedule follow-up actions using CRM system and tools at hand
  • Compile Improvement reports based on phone conversations and handing over to direct line managers for exhibitions service improvement
  • Reconcile Data after upload into CRM system.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the exhibitions industry
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English Speaking and Writing (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in Arabic Speaking and Writing (Preferred, but Optional)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
