Responsibilities

  • Review submitted attendance, session notes and provider invoices for compliance.
  • Assist providers with billing problems and system issues.
  • Help create District invoices and correspond with districts.
  • Apply payments on a weekly basis and reconcile cash accounts.
  • Follow up with Districts for Aging Receivables; Collections.
  • Assist with District Contracts/Addendums/Request for Proposals.
  • Manage any ad hoc projects/reports.

Education

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Special Education is a plus
