POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist is essential for providing administrative support across personnel, risk management, and community engagement while acting as the employee liaison and training compliance officer for the Family YMCA of Marion & Polk Counties. This role supports the Chief People Officer in various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations that align with the Y’s mission. The HR Specialist promotes a welcoming environment and ensures adherence to Y policies and regulations.
