Underpinning this growth is a talented and hardworking Finance & Administration department that oversees all aspects of running the business. These duties include accounting, human resources, information technology, and operations. We are hiring for an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support this team.

This new team member will have the following focus areas:
· Support the Finance and Administration Department as we work to operate Fathom5 more efficiently
· Coordinate with internal teams to identify areas to streamline business operations through information sharing, process improvement, and policy development
· IT Coordination
Our new Operations Coordinator will report to the Fathom5 Director of Finance & Administration, who has 30 years’ experience as a Certified Public Accountant and leadership across multiple business sectors. We are a learning organization, focused on the development of our teammates. Therefore, our Director of Finance & Administration builds a tailored professional growth plan for each member of her team, and new challenges will present frequent opportunities for our Operations Coordinator to learn additional skills and take on greater responsibilities.
Ultimately, the Finance and Administration Department exists to support all Fathom5 departments with improved timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of business processes. A top-tier Operations Coordinator wants to learn about all processes in the company and make them better. This team member is personable and punctual, enjoys a diverse set of tasks, and can leverage their ideas and experience to streamline the operations of the company.
