Video Producer job at FC Dallas. Frisco, TX. DescriptionVideo ProducerAs one of FC Dallas' video producers, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of video content for the Club and its affiliated properties.This position interacts with players, coaches, media members and staff across the club and plays an integral role for the Club's video production efforts. gamedays, creating content to be distributed across multiple platforms and high-level video production.What you'll do:• Shoot, edit, and produce video content for multiple platforms including social, web and MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.• Coverage of matches, practices, media interviews, team functions, community events and other team events as assigned• Operate video equipment to capture a variety of both on field and off the field content.• Manage, organize, and properly catalog content within the department's media library.• Conceptualize and generate new ideas for creative content with FC Dallas and affiliated organizations.• Maintain standard of publishing high-quality content that is representative of FC Dallas brand.• Support the Media & Communications department with daily tasks.• Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing and Sponsorship teams on developing content.• Other duties as assigned.You Are:• A self-starter, proactive thinker, and a sports fan with an affinity for soccer.• A storyteller, experienced in working in a fast-paced, breaking news environment.• Deadline-driven and can work under pressure while juggling multiple projects• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to Monday-Friday hours.• A team player who is collaborative, consultative, and communicative.• A content producer who can shoot, edit clips, and design videos.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in broadcast, journalism, communications, or digital media.• 1+ years of work experience working in videography, communications, or producer for a team, league, collegiate athletics department, entertainment, or sports organization.• Experience with video equipment and editing software.• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Premiere.• Experience capturing video content for a sports or entertainment entity.• Excellent language skills (bilingual in Spanish and English a plus)The Company is an equal opportunity employer and, therefore, pledges to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected class.
