🎯 About the job:
Content Strategy & Planning (30% of your time)
Build thought leadership: Define and implement the content strategy (themes and campaigns) that establishes FeedbackFruits as a trusted voice in pedagogy-driven learning design.
Shape brand and product messaging: Work closely with brand- and product marketing to refine and align messaging with evolving brand- and product positioning, ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
Engage the learning designers community: Develop content strategies to build and nurture a vibrant community of learning designers, driving engagement and shared best practices.
Content Development & Oversight (50% of your time)
Set the direction for high-impact content creation, including website content, blogs, Ebooks, case studies, and materials tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
Guide internal and external contributors (eg freelancers) to ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership materials, such as webinars, eBooks and community resources.
Cross-Channel Campaign Integration (10% of your time)
Partner with growth marketing and product marketing to ensure content supports always-on paid and organic campaigns, as well as go-to-market initiatives.
Ensure content is seamlessly integrated into marketing campaigns and distributed across appropriate channels, including email, social media, and community platforms.
Performance Tracking & Optimization (10% of your time)
Set and track content performance metrics, such as audience growth, organic traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to measure success and inform future strategies.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes, reporting results monthly and quarterly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Your experience:

You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a track record of delivering high-impact content strategies.
Expertise in content strategy development and guiding multi-format content creation across internal and external contributors.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, SEMrush), and content management systems (eg Webflow).
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing thought leadership and buyer journey content (eg website, webinars, e-books, customer stories, uses cases, e-mails, posts, one-pagers)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to guide team members and work cross-functionally.
A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
