This is changing the way businesses operate through a content-native shopping platform that empowers brands to drive strong conversions, run experiments with landing pages to improve KPIs, and streamline customer acquisition.
Role Overview: As a Mid-Market Account Executive at FERMÀT, you will play a crucial role in driving software sales through strategic lead generation, networking, and account management. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with potential FERMÀT customers in the eCommerce space and helping them realize the full potential of our platform. You will leverage your sales expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills to ensure clients quickly see the value of our products and continue to scale their usage. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts, attending events, and collaborating with internal teams to support product adoption.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed and complex product demos, showcasing the platform’s integration capabilities with various tech stacks
Facilitate customers in quickly realizing the value of FERMÀT and support them in scaling their usage and investment in the product
Generate and manage sales pipelines, ensuring high win rates and timely deal closures
Develop and maintain relationships with potential FERMÀT customers in the eCommerce space
Attend networking events, conferences, and customer on-site presentations, involving moderate travel
Proactively report on return on investment (ROI) and the impact of FERMÀT, managing communications across the stakeholder base
Share tips and best practices on how other businesses successfully leverage FERMÀT across their teams, highlighting the outcomes achieved
Collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to drive the adoption and growth of FERMÀT
Qualifications:
3-5 years of closing SaaS experience with a proven track record in driving software sales
Strong sales and account management skills with experience in lead generation
Experience with full cycle SaaS sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle executive communications and manage multiple accounts
Willingness to engage in face-to-face interactions at networking events, conferences, and customer sites
Experience in Salesforce Commerce
Experience in the eCommerce or digital marketing industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Existing relationships in the eCommerce space with brands that are potential FERMÀT customers is a plus
