FEV Tutor is seeking a People Partner to help build and scale results-driven teams and a world-class people operations function.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Proficiency in using Human Capital Management tools
Experience supporting technology leaders and colleagues

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and managers to drive business and people strategy
Resolve people-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Assist in managing HR systems and reporting
Support performance management processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement within people operations
Help design and manage compensation and benefits programs
Support professional development and employee engagement initiatives
Create and manage leave programs
Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field preferred
