People Partner
FEV Tutor is seeking a People Partner to help build and scale results-driven teams and a world-class people operations function.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Proficiency in using Human Capital Management tools
- Experience supporting technology leaders and colleagues
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to drive business and people strategy
- Resolve people-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Assist in managing HR systems and reporting
- Support performance management processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within people operations
- Help design and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Support professional development and employee engagement initiatives
- Create and manage leave programs
- Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field preferred
