GTM & Programs Enablement Manager

Figma is seeking a GTM & Programs Enablement Manager to define the Product & Business Transformation Enablement process, ensuring Sales & CX teams have necessary information and drive change management. This role reports to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement.

Skills

2+ years experience in Enablement
2+ years customer facing experience (pre or post sale)
Experience developing guidelines for enablement and training strategies for new product launches
Ability to articulate business value to diverse audiences
Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop Product Launch Enablement strategy/playbook
Partner with PMM to align Enablement programs with product roadmap launches
Launch recurring Enablement programs for product launches focusing on key sales skills and customer value
Cultivate strong relationships with various teams including Sales, CX, Product Marketing, and Product Leadership
