About the Role
Provides administrative, clerical, and financial assistance for the Beedie School of Business. Processes expenditures and revenues; reconciles and maintains financial records, including research and specific purpose projects, research centres, endowments, point-of-sale online payments, petty cash and operating accounts. Maintains and streamlines the Teaching Assistant and Course Instructor Evaluation process for the Faculty's three campuses. Provides assistance and support with building and facilities operational tasks and activities; procurement and purchase requisitions; office supply orders, MECS event plans, SFU credit card administration, teaching instructor support and timesheet processing.
