What We Are Looking For

The Sr Financial Analyst leads a financial analysis process (S&OP Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, on a global basis. They thrive in a global matrix environment with little supervision and are known throughout the organization as the Subject Matter Expert for the specific financial processes that they support. They will also guide teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

Facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning Process from a technical systems perspective, managing the S&OP EPM system to align to S&OP goals and objectives.
Manage the monthly forecast process by managing and distributing forecasting templates, assisting with forecast updates, and generating the monthly Executive S&OP pivot
Facilitate preparation of the monthly Demand consensus deck
Support our Corporate HR and Corp. R & D teams through the annual planning process, quarterly forecasting process, and monthly budget vs. actual reporting reviews. Work closely with the management teams to provide business partners with a financial perspective that challenges their assumptions and elevates the quality of decision-making
Improve organizational Business Acumen by consulting, educating, and empowering others, both within and outside of the business, through the application of Financial Best Practices, standardized Work Instructions, and process improvements
Analyze financial data and prepare technical reports and forecasts including monthly Financial Reviews, Profit & Loss Statements, Return on Investment, among others

What You Will Bring

Required Education: B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field of study
Required Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant role, preferably 5-7 years’ experience working in Financial Analysis and/or Accounting
Required Technical Experience:
- General Ledger and Financial reporting systems. Oracle ERP and EPM Systems preferrable.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Power-Point, and Word. preferably working with EPM systems, Oracle systems
Travel up to 5%
