Product at Finary

At Finary, we live and breathe Product. Our mantra: shipping the minimum lovable product. We build delightful experiences that significantly improve the financial well-being of our users while moving at high speed.

About the role

The role of the COO is to Finary runs smoothly day to day.

Your role is to conceive, implement, and maintain efficient daily operations to create a world-class quality product. You coordinate cross-functional teams, support strategic planning, and manage incidents and crises.

Additionally, you monitor performance metrics, foster a performant workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Effective communication with stakeholders and fostering innovation, speed, and quality are also key responsibilities.

You’d be a great fit if you

Are a team player, are humble, and like to help others grow
are genuinely friendly and ambitious and have high levels of energy
like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems
are an excellent communicator and know how to coordinate teams, collect feedback and identify bottlenecks
5+ years in engineering roles in product-driven organizations and 5+ years in management/leadership roles in ops-heavy organizations.
have a track record in managing financial products
have an excellent eye for aesthetics, layouts, fonts, and what makes a lovable product
are fluent in English (written and spoken)
break down big projects into small deliverables and move fast based on user feedback. You prefer small solutions and know when to improve something or make it scalable immediately.
