Monday – Friday: 4:00 to 6:00 PM
OR
Monday - Friday: 3:00 to 6:00 PM
💸 Pay & Perks
$17.00–$27.00 per hour
Paid training, including the 40-hour RBT certification

✨ What You'll Do
Work 1:1 with children providing in-home ABA therapy
Use fun, play-based techniques to help kids learn and grow
Follow behavior plans and collect data to track progress
Join regular team huddles and skill-building trainings
✅ What You Need
High school diploma or GED
CPR certification (we’ll help you get it!)
Experience working with children (a big plus!)
RBT certification (preferred, but we’ll train you!)
Reliable transportation to get to client homes
Ability to pass a background check
Physically able to kneel, sit, or play on the floor with kids (up to 50 lbs of movement)
