📅 Schedule

• Morning, afternoon, and some weekend availability

💸 Pay & Perks

• $17.00–$27.00 per hour

  • Certified individuals will receive between $19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience

• Mileage reimbursement

✨ What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children providing in-home ABA therapy

• Use fun, play-based techniques to help kids learn and grow

• Follow behavior plans and collect data to track progress

• Join regular team huddles and skill-building trainings

✅ What You Need

• High school diploma or GED

• CPR certification (we’ll help you get it!)

• Experience working with children (a big plus!)

• RBT certification (preferred, but we’ll train you!)

• Reliable transportation to get to client homes

• Ability to pass a background check

• Physically able to kneel, sit, or play on the floor with kids (up to 50 lbs of movement)
