Firetrace is a global manufacturer of life-saving fire suppression devices that has been part of Halma plc (LSE: HLMA) since 2015. We’re in the business of protecting lives and livelihoods from the impact of fire. Our fire suppression systems keep businesses, people, and equipment safe by automatically detecting and suppressing fires in high-risk equipment, like CNC machines, vehicles, heavy equipment, electrical cabinets, and wind turbines.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Accounting Manager is a critical Finance management team member and the primary owner of general accounting, financial reporting, credit and receivables, inventory, fixed assets, accounts payable, sales tax and payroll activities. This role has high visibility to senior management and will help drive business decisions and observe their impact on the growth of the Company.

You will also lead an accounting team, providing mentorship while implementing efficient processes to ensure timely month-end closes and audits. Your skills in data analysis and ERP systems will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial strategies and performance metrics.
