Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary: Join Fisher Investments as a Technical Business Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing processes and projects within Portfolio Management. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, utilizing your analytical skills to drive efficiencies and improvements in our suite of applications.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Design, maintain, and implement projects and process improvements, focusing on Portfolio Management processes.• Gather and document requirements from user engagements, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, logic, flow charts, and process diagrams.• Participate actively in the software development lifecycle, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.• Identify opportunities for automation, restructuring, or elimination of redundant processes to streamline operations.• Utilize your expertise to define Technical Design Specifications for complex projects, ensuring high impact and accuracy.• Research external software solutions and provide business recommendations based on critical analysis.• Provide application support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any technical issues that arise.• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple requests and deadlines effectively.Qualifications and Experience:• Familiarity with Portfolio Management processes and Agile methodologies.• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and project management.• Basic SQL querying skills.• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits of the Position:• 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and qualifying dependents.• 50% 401(k) match, up to IRS maximum.• Generous PTO and paid holidays, with additional benefits for California employees.• Family support programs including paid caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and back-up child care.• Fertility, hormonal health, and family-forming benefits.• Opportunity to participate in a hybrid work-from-home program.Salary: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.About Company:Fisher Investments is committed to bettering the investment universe and fostering an inclusive culture.
