We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented "Amazon Sourcing Specialist" to support our procurement and supply chain operations for Amazon brands.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing high-quality products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless inventory management. With a focus on enhancing profitability and ensuring compliance with Amazon's FBA standards, this position is vital for scaling our brand's growth and presence in competitive marketplaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to source high-demand products and maintain competitiveness.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and contract details, to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA guidelines, including product labeling, packaging, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product sourcing strategies and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee product inspections and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders for long-term collaboration and operational success.
  

Must Haves or Skills/Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Amazon's FBA standards and best practices.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier liaison and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address supply chain challenges proactively.
• Passion for eCommerce and a drive to optimize processes for profitability and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product sourcing, supplier negotiation, or procurement in an Amazon-focused eCommerce environment.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and global sourcing practices.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and import/export compliance.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
