Senior Vice President, Talent + Transformation

FleishmanHillard is looking for a Senior Vice President to lead the Talent + Transformation practice, providing strategic counsel to C-suite clients and contributing to business growth.

Skills

Strong experience in global internal communications, employee engagement, and change management services
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Entrepreneurial spirit with business development experience
Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive communications plans

Responsibilities

Work with client C-suite executives on Talent + Transformation strategies
Identify growth opportunities for the agency and contribute to new-business pitches
Develop and implement employee communications, engagement, and change management programs
Counsel on strategic internal communications efforts

Education

Bachelor's degree in communications or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
