The Event Marketing Manager, GTM will help establish a world-class events program. This role will coordinate all aspects of our in-person and virtual events, from concepting and planning, to execution and reporting. You’ll partner directly with the VP of Marketing to develop event strategies, and will own all logistics and deliverables, including pre- and post-show sales enablement.
Your goal is to create engaging events that bring in qualified sales opportunities, delight and retain existing partners, and influence deal cycles for our go-to-market team. To be successful you’ll create engaging experiences that are both creative and polished. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, organizational prowess, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
You’re a hands-on event expert, willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done right – and on time. You’re a storyteller at heart constantly thinking about creative ways to engage customers and prospects. You are extremely organized, have a meticulous attention to detail, and, perhaps most importantly, you are able to stay calm, cool, and collected under pressure or tight deadlines.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, GTM.
The national pay range for this role is $90,000-$111,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
