Lifestyle Services Manager

Flex is building a finance super app for business owners — reimagining every single aspect of the financial workflow and financial services for any entrepreneur. The company has grown revenue 25x+ since publicly launching in September 2023 and is on track to achieve profitability by early 2025. Flex is focused on mid-market businesses ($3 - $100M revenue) that are largely overlooked by existing fintech solutions and reliant on slow and outdated regional banks.  We are targeting a ~$1T revenue opportunity that is largely up for grabs.


Flex is a fully remote company and this role can be performed from anywhere.

In this position, you will be responsible for responding to concierge requests, delivering on crafting bespoke experiences, providing personalized recommendations for premier dining and entertainment, collaborating on cardholder-exclusive events, and securing elusive reservations, all with exceptional service, a white-glove approach… Our ideal candidate is dedicated to addressing guests' needs with a confident, patient, and proactive approach, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to remarkable service and robust privacy. ✅ What You’ll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and surpassing the needs and expectations of our high-profile members.
  • Provide personalized recommendations tailored to cardmembers ' preferences and interests.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury and unique attractions, entertainment venues, and special events, worldwide.
  • Act as an intermediary between cardmembers and various service providers to ensure their requests are met, and comms SLAs are met.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.


Qualifications/Skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
  • Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and popular destinations.
  • Capability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in technology, including booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience or strong interest in a startup environment
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Though the position is remote, you must be available during US timezone business hours.
