Sr Marketing Specialist (Web Developer experience) Bilingual- Guadalajara

Meztal is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Web Development to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara. This hybrid role combines technical skills in coding, email marketing, and UX design with strategic digital marketing expertise. The ideal candidate has agency experience, preferably in the United States, and is fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain engaging, responsive websites that align with brand goals. Optimize sites for usability and accessibility across various devices.
• Email Development: Build and test responsive email templates using HTML/CSS. Manage and optimize email campaigns for customer engagement and retention.
• UX Design: Apply UX/UI best practices to improve website usability and user experience, focusing on driving conversions.
• SEO and Analytics: Perform SEO audits, implement SEO strategies, and monitor website analytics to boost search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• CRM and Automation: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead generation and campaign management, leveraging data for targeted marketing efforts.

Preferred Skills (Plus):

• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure web development.
• Advanced skills in SEO strategy and implementation.
• Experience in UX research methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development or digital marketing, ideally within a marketing agency.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with email marketing.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and website optimization.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
