The Opportunity

The IT Support Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our colleagues, primarily within our Atlanta offices. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate hardware inventory, managing the new hire laptop deployment process, providing first-level technical support, and ensuring the security and compliance of our endpoint devices.
The Skillset
1-3 years of experience in an IT support role.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and basic networking concepts.
Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf) is a plus.
Familiarity with endpoint security software and patch management processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).

The First 30 Days
Become familiar with the IT environment and team.
Understand the hardware inventory management process and tools.
Begin contributing to Tier 1 support and in-office assistance.
The First 60 Days
Independently manage the new hire laptop provisioning process.
Actively contribute to maintaining hardware inventory accuracy.
Increase proficiency in resolving Tier 1 support tickets.
90 Days & Beyond
Ensure consistent accuracy of hardware inventory and MDM compliance.
Independently handle a wider range of Tier 1 support issues and in-office requests.
Contribute to improving IT processes and documentation.

Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $80,000 and $105,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options.
