About the Role

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels for furniture items, tracking the locations of these products, and managing future deployments to various locations, including warehouses, units, or other property spaces . This role will require cross functional coordination with our operations, finance, and Asset Management teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective inventory management and deployment.


Responsibilities
  • Track & manage the inventory of furniture products ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet demand 
  • Assist with ordering and ensure timely, accurate deliveries of additional items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory processes and accurate financial tracking 
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards, tracking stock levels, trends, and discrepancies
  • Recommend inventory management improvements to optimize stock flow and reduce leads times
  • Assist in tracking costs, purchases, and storage expenses for furniture inventory


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management, data management, sales, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds as needed


Work Enviornment
  • Primarily office based and may be required to travel occasionally to warehouses or site locations.
