Engagement Director

FlowX.AI is a next-generation platform for modernizing mission-critical financial services processes and technology.  Large global banks and insurance companies are already using the platform, driving strategic modernization programs and hundreds of millions of dollars in ROI.

Mission

As an Engagement Director:

  • You own the success of the overall engagement with the client. This means understanding the clients’ priorities, and helping them reach their goals using our technology.
  • You own the relationship with the clients in your portfolio. Primarily, that means owning the relationships with clients’ business executives, project managers, product owners.
  • You act as a consultant for our clients and help them leverage the FlowX.AI technology to build modern digital platforms, solve business problems, and accelerate modernization of their capabilities, systems, and infrastructure.
  • You act as a translation layer to client business stakeholders (business requirements / business priorities / business target metrics).
  • You help our cur clients identify new opportunities to leverage the technology.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience, ideally in roles bridging business and technology within the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape in banking, including systems, processes, and strategic frameworks.
  • Used to regular interaction with C-level executives and recurrent exposure to board-level stakeholders.
  • Ideally prior experience include CIO, CTO, Head of Digital, or Enterprise Architect in banking, or any positions with a focus on connecting top business stakeholders with technology solutions, such as significant consulting experience in the financial services sector.
