You will be responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements, creating user stories for the development team, and ensuring alignment with the Product Owner on the release path. Having a strong background in product design, agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills will lead to you having success in this role.QualificationsThe minimum requirements we seek:• Bachelor's Degree• 2+ years of Product Design Experience• Some experience, running Agile/Scrum ceremonies, running product demos, running retrospectives, ability to write user stories, validate user stories, etc.• 2+ years of project management tools with Rally or JiraOur preferred requirements:• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners as part of a co-located team.• Excellent communication skills with the skill to adapt your communication style to the audience.• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Scrum Master experienceWhat you’ll receive in return:As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. In the United States, if you need a reasonable accommodation for the online application process due to a disability, please call 1-888-336-0660.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be able to do:• Gather requirements from stakeholders and create user stories for the development team.• Review backlog items and align with the Product Owner on the release path.• Gather requirements and details from stakeholders regarding PROD incidents.• Plan and prepare for new features to be delivered in upcoming releases.• Review and finalize the iteration path with the development team.• Schedule grooming sessions to finalize user stories with the technical team and Product Owner.• Create Proof of Concepts and designs based on user requirements.• Participate in all agile activities with the team (Retrospective, Scrum).• Convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.• Analyze and document business processes.• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).• Participate in testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.• Act as a backfill for the Product Manager during their absence and lead the team to provide any necessary assistance.
