Head of Human Resources
FORM Health, a virtual obesity medicine clinic, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee the company's HR plans, focusing on employee wellness and organizational health.
Skills
- Master’s in Organizational Development, MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years management experience with 2 years at the executive level.
- Experience growing an HR team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience supporting organizational growth from 100 to 1000 employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing HR plans including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent management/relations, employee engagement, and learning & development.
- Creating and implementing data-driven processes to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Developing and implementing performance management and learning & development programs.
- Creating career paths and recognition programs.
- Leading significant projects on time and on budget.
Education
- Master’s in Organizational Development, MBA, or equivalent experience.
