Head of Human Resources

FORM Health, a virtual obesity medicine clinic, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee the company's HR plans, focusing on employee wellness and organizational health.

Skills

Master’s in Organizational Development, MBA, or equivalent experience.
10 years management experience with 2 years at the executive level.
Experience growing an HR team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Experience supporting organizational growth from 100 to 1000 employees.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Directing and overseeing HR plans including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent management/relations, employee engagement, and learning & development.
Creating and implementing data-driven processes to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Developing and implementing performance management and learning & development programs.
Creating career paths and recognition programs.
Leading significant projects on time and on budget.

Education

Master’s in Organizational Development, MBA, or equivalent experience.
