The Marketing team plays a key role in driving demand for our product to support revenue growth. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation Marketing will join a talented, multi-dimensional team and report to the Senior Director, Marketing. We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to think differently and amplify our demand generation capabilities – developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company, while using data to measure and improve performance.
In this role you will:
• Work independently with lines of business to develop cohesive, integrated marketing strategies across multiple Sales & Service verticals and execute on them
• Gain a deep understanding of each segment and how they engage with the business, and develop targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns to each (channels may include email, webinars, events/tradeshows, direct mail, video, and more)
• Manage our marketing database through the integration of salesforce.com and Hubspot
• Ensure all campaign leads are tracked, scored, and routed appropriately to generate pipeline and improve conversion
• Monitor and report campaign performance and spend across Sales & Marketing KPIs to key stakeholders
• Use data and analytics to help inform, enhance, and evolve demand generation strategies and programs
• Develop and execute on an A/B testing strategy to continually improve performance of demand generation efforts
• Stay current on sales technique and strategies, as well as marketing tactics, to create cohesive and effective demand generation programs

Role Requirements:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in demand generation and digital marketing
• B2B marketing and financial services marketing experience preferred
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is required – and experience with Hubspot and Salesforce integrations to design complex, multi-channel customer marketing workflows is a huge plus
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM requirements
• Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
