We're looking for a newly created Engineering and Product FP&A role to support our growing FP&A team. In this highly visible role, you'll be a strategic partner to the Engineering and Product leadership teams to ensure the financial, strategic, and operational objectives are met. You will lead the financial review, forecast/budgeting, and decision support for the Engineering and Product organization. You'll design financial models to predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions. You'll work closely with Engineering and Product leaders. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, strategic thinker, have good modeling skills, have exceptional communication and business partnering skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
