Department Human Resources Employment Type Full Time Location US - Indiana - Fort Wayne Workplace type Hybrid Reporting To Amanda Hecht This role's hiring manager : Amanda HechtMOVE FORWARD WITH USWhat you will be doing :• Employee RelationsServes as the primary human resource business partner for our Headquarters and US Remote employees managing the full employee life cycle.• Talent AcquisitionIn collaboration with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Team, support all activities of the recruiting process including Intake Meetings, interview candidates, strategize the employer brand, and complete pre-screening and onboarding process for new employees.• CompensationAdminister Franklin Electric compensation programs with strong collaboration with management and payroll team.Support company compensation projects.• Organization DesignSupport development and execution of organizational design with business partners including change management principles.• Learning & DevelopmentSupport company training programs.
