Job Title: Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative - Remote | Work From HomeJob OverviewWe are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who excel in achieving success and enjoy interacting with clients over the phone. As a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, establishing connections with clients and potential customers nationwide. By utilizing cutting-edge AI technology and effective marketing strategies, you will assist clients with their mortgage inquiries, offering relevant information and personalized solutions. Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships and analyze financial needs, ensuring clients receive tailored mortgage options in a fast-paced environment. While leads will be provided, we encourage proactive outreach to grow your client base through exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients across the country• Deliver accurate information regarding mortgage products and services• Build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their needs• Assist clients in navigating mortgage inquiries and offer suitable solutions• Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure seamless communication• Maintain client information and follow up on leads utilizing our CRM system• Enhance business growth through exemplary customer service• Adhere to company protocols and scheduled guidelines• Engage clients to identify the most appropriate mortgage products and assist with the loan locking process and paperless submissions• Ensure compliance with our 14-day closing requirements• Handle various types of loans, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and moreRequired Skills• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing• A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role• Excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail• Experience in a high-volume call environment is preferred• Proven ability to build rapport and provide a positive client experience• Basic understanding of mortgage terminology and products is advantageousQualifications• Minimum of two years in a sales capacity, preferably as a Mortgage Loan Originator• For newly licensed individuals, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required with a commitment to completing one month of training• Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week• Customer service experience in a call center or mortgage/finance setting is a plusCareer Growth OpportunitiesBy joining our esteemed organization, you will have access to performance-based bonuses, opportunities for career advancement, and robust training programs designed to enhance your professional skills.
