DocuSign is looking for a Front End Engineer to help architect, build and enhance capabilities on the New DocuSign Experience. The Send Experiences charter is working towards revolutionizing our current UX, while keeping up with the ever-growing DocuSign user-base. You will be working in a focused scrum team obsessed with creating elegant, yet simple user-interaction for complex workflows that will delight our customers. You will use modern web frameworks to implement the designs, with accessibility, performance and instrumentation in mind.

Architect and design components for New DocuSign Web Experience

Learn and adopt best practices for responsiveness, performance and accessibility

Write and ship modular, secure, and scalable code

Ensure design and architecture is extensible across multiple projects and conduct technical-design reviews

Contribute to and drive a culture of building scalable and highly available systems

Test your code at all levels and ensure its quality before shipping

Raise issues and opportunities for improvement early and often

Demonstrate strong focus on instrumenting features being developed

Partner with product managers, designers, and peer engineers

Focus on code quality by identifying test cases and devise efficient, scalable testing processes

Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

2+ years of software engineering or related experience
-
1+ year of experience in modern front end development technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular

1+ year of experience with Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern Javascript frameworks

Experience developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns

Experience working in an agile development environment

Experience with Git, continuous integration and deployment tools

Passion for UI; Good sense of usability and design

Experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services, React, Typescript, GraphQL and Node.js

Experience working the full stack in one or more of OO programming languages like C# or Java

Experience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirks

Experience with using telemetry to gain insights into usage patterns and feature success

Passion for UI; Good sense of usability and design
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $105,100 - $161,775 base salary
Washington: $98,800 - $144,550 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
