FTI Consulting is seeking Consultants for a unique opportunity to participate in a rotational program designed to develop their skillset in various practices across FTI Consulting prior to committing to one practice area. This program will be offered to Black/African American, LatinX, and women candidates in our Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York offices and will be generally 12-months long. Participants will have the opportunity to accelerate their professional growth and diversify their work experience by engaging with different segments and/or practices throughout the program.The purpose of this program is to provide Black/African American, LatinX, and women experienced professionals who have been historically underrepresented in global business advisory firms with the opportunity to rotate through different practices and familiarize themselves with a variety of service offerings.Dependent on the Rotational Program Track selected, the 12-month rotational program will be broken down into 3-month increments, where participants will be assigned to various practices across the following FTI Consulting Segments: Corporate Finance, Forensic & Litigation Consulting, Strategic Communications, Economic Consulting, Technology and Health Solutions. Participants will have access to senior leadership, one-on-one mentoring, and have regular progress meetings with Human Resources.Rotational Program Tracks:• Investigations - Financial• Investigations - Technical• Cybersecurity• Data & Analytics• Restructuring & Turnaround• Business Transformation• Valuation and Damages• Risk & Compliance• Strategic CommunicationsWhat You'll Do:Responsibilities will vary based on the Consultant's rotational track. Potential Responsibilities can include:• Will work on multiple client engagements• Report and present findings to senior leadership• Prepare detailed spreadsheets using source documentation for client presentations• Research multi-state statutes, regulations, and supporting case law• Assist on new business initiatives (e.g. conducting research on prospects, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and proposals, etc.)• Apply business, accounting, finance and diagnostic skills to various client situations and practice disciplines• Serve as part of multi-functional teams to help clients manage and navigate• Maintain or develop current knowledge of industry trends• Participate in assessments, applying a combination of technical skills and critical thinking• Attend project meetings with clients and their internal and external legal advisers• Assist with investigative interviewThis is a full-time, salaried opportunity.
