Fulfillment Team Leader

In this role, you will be directly responsible for the end-to-end control over the order fulfillment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through delivery; in ensuring Claroty products make it into the hands of its customers efficiently and effectively. In this cross-functional role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with several different teams as a liaison to support shipment visibility and logistics processes. The team will rely on you as a subject matter expert in fulfillment activities.

• Must be comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced, and evolving business environments
• 5+ years of professional experience within the logistics field and/or a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• 2+ years of similar managerial role
• Proficiency in PC experience including spreadsheet and data entry skills (Excel required), ability to learn new systems such as Salesforce and customer web-based portals
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Demonstrates ability to work in a matrix environment – ready to jump in and lead collaboration to achieve organizational objectives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of hardware order management process
• Adept at establishing priorities and working to deadlines
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects

• Managing a dynamic team of fulfillment coordinators
• Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation
• Fulfill all sales orders (integrated 3rd party products) in an accurate and timely manner from point of collection to final delivery
• Work with Sales\CSM Ops, Hardware Distributors, and Purchasing to coordinate the configuration and logistics for hardware shipments to international customers
• Provides excellent and timely customer service skills and shipment follow-up by proactively informing customers of the status of their shipments
• prioritizing workload for order fulfillment associates
• Build and update reports that improve shipment visibility for both internal and external visibility
• Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and vendor performance
• Builds relationships with customers, sales, vendors, distribution centers, and third-party providers
