Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)

Compensation: Annual salary, bonuses available through commission, and benefits package (see below for details)

About Us: Full Press Apparel (FPA) is an established, large-scale provider for screen-printed and embroidered apparel, promotional gifts and merchandise, and graphic design services headquartered in Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. We are a nimble, small- to mid-sized operation that prides ourselves on being the go-to local option for custom merchandise. This person will assist us in establishing and maintaining client relationships while promoting FPA as a quick, creative, and reliable source for custom imprinted and branded merchandise. We are specifically looking for someone who:

  • Is extremely detail-oriented and believes in producing quality products for customers
  • Considers themselves an extrovert and can make conversation with anyone
  • Has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Does not shy away from learning new technology and considers themselves "computer savvy"
  • Enjoys collaborating as a team to accomplish goals
  • Does not mind rolling up their sleeves to fix issues small and large

Essential Functions of the Customer Service Sales Representative:

  • Establish new relationships with all types of businesses, associations, and collegiate groups
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service
  • Assist clients (both in-person and over the phone) by answering questions and building price quotes
  • Manage the custom order process from start to finish using industry-specific software
  • Contribute as a team member to achieve organizational objectives

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal staff and external customers (both verbal and written)
  • Computer and data entry skills; willingness to learn new software
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 1+ years in a sales or account management role (preferred)
  • Ability to problem solve, resolve conflict, and proactively anticipate client needs
  • Comfortable with high detail tasks and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organizational efficiency with a willingness to double or triple check their work
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • College degree (preferred)
